This design has been developed to satisfy the demand from candidates who wish to develop as distance educators.
- What will you learn during the program?

- Facilitate the acquisition, understanding and application of educational innovation processes in education so that they can be incorporated by the virtual teacher in the classroom work of the subjects he/she teaches.
- To provide moments for analysis and reflection on aspects of the teacher's and student's personality, through the design of on-site and distance activities that help to understand the importance of the teacher-student relationship and its effects on learning.
- To update the virtual teacher on the use and integration of the resources offered by information and communication technologies as a didactic resource. Including the main distance education platforms, software programs to support the design and implementation of IT-assisted courses and any other technological innovation to support the teaching-learning process.
- To update the virtual teacher in techniques of moderation and regulation of participation and interaction, as well as strategies in on-site and distance environments for subject mastery, among others.
- Propose ways to face the challenges of the virtual teacher in the learning-centered educational model and international quality criteria in distance education.

- Able to attend, receive and participate in the 10 virtual classes during the cycle.
