It is a university degree that lasts one year and is designed for high school teachers of any specialty who are interested in strengthening teaching, technological, didactic, pedagogical and administrative competencies in the area of Pedagogy, Communication and Pedagogy, Communication and Language.

In this PEM they develop and strengthen competencies acquired in their training and/or teaching practice in the linguistic, communicative, literary, didactic, pedagogical, and administrative areas, reflect and research on the experiences and knowledge construction processes, taking into account the emotional and behavioral characteristics of the educational community, to design community, in order to design stimulating, creative and effective scenarios that have a positive impact on meaningful learning.

What will you learn during the program?

In the PEM in Pedagogy, Communication and Language, students will learn the theoretical and conceptual basis of the major in communication and language to reflect on, evaluate and research their own teaching practice and strengthen their competencies to understand, analyze and stimulate critical and creative thinking in order to communicate ideas and concepts applicable to the different sociocultural contexts of the country.

Also to apply strategies, technological tools to develop the ability to learn, work and research in teams, which will allow them to be facilitators to achieve and pertinent learning for the educational community.
