Restrictions may apply

The student may write a letter to the Treasury Department requesting a refund of any payment made and that was not appropriate:

  • ID card number
  • Your full name
  • Specify which payment needs to be refunded
  • Indicate the number of the payment slip
  • Date of payment and item
  • Indicate the reason for the refund request

This request will be received, and the student will be notified whether it has been approved, as not all payments are eligible for refund.
