Course assignment


Using your ticket or registration payment document number, make your assignment of the courses that correspond to you in the semester.

Steps to assign

Step 1 - Enter the course assignment system and complete the form with your data and include the payment document. In some cases, you will have to save turn.

Payment document

The payment document must be valid, otherwise a message will appear.
Verify the document number.
You can also check other errors that could occur.


Step 2 - Contact details: You are asked for your contact details. All fields are required.

Step 3 - Before assigning: it is important that you read the previous instructions.

Step 4 - Course List: List of courses available for assignment.

Step 4.1 - Select section: In the box on the right, choose the section where the course schedule appears.

Step 4.2 - Overschedule error: if there is an overschedule at any time, it will be shown on the page.

Step 4.3 - Courses to assign: if there is no overschedule, the selected courses appear in blue.

Step 4.4 - Confirmation prior to assignmentafter pressing the "Assign courses" button (below), confirm the assignment.

Step 4.5 - If there is a full space: if there is an error in the assignment, it will return to the page and the error will be displayed. Error types could be:

  • 409 => 'already registered'
  • 413 => 'no tariff'
  • 423 => 'full quota'
  • 424 => 'over schedule'

Step 5 - Assignment Confirmation: If the assignment was successful the confirmation page is displayed.

Step 6 - DIRE assignment: by pressing the Print DIRE button, the PDF of the DIRE is displayed in a new tab.

Step 7 - Confirmation Email: A copy of your assignment is sent to you via email.

Other errors
Other errors that could be verified

  • 204 => 'There are no courses for this card'
  • 206 => 'Schedule not available'
  • 402 => 'Payment document does not exist'
  • 403 => 'Student already enrolled'
  • 404 => 'Card does not exist'
  • 408 => 'Outside the date range'
