Private general appraisal certificate

The requirements for obtaining the approved private general assessment certification or the exemption of the same as the case may be.

For payment of ballot code 393 for private certification, please check any of the following options

• Log in at following link .
• Or, check with the campus near you so they can provide you with the ballot (No, Central Campus).
• Login to MiUMG with you information provided by the University. Look for the Make payments and generate forms module. Then you must go to: "Generate Payment Forms-> Graduation Act -> Certification of Private and Graduation Act", complete the form by selecting the option, 393 - Certification of Private to generate the document.

Print it and present it at any branch of Banco Industrial, BAM or Banco G&T.

When you have completed the payment, you must send in a PDF file to sgcertificaciones@umg.edu.gt the following information:

• Full name and surname.
• ID card number.
• Race.
• Telephone number.
• Exact date of approval of private, write down the three evaluation dates.
• Payment slip for private certification, approved code 393.
• DPI copy in high resolution (please attach in large size since we must verify the accents of their names and surnames).

If your first or last name is a compound name, for example: DE LA ROSA, DEL VALLE, DE LOS ANGELES, DE LA CRUZ, you must send a copy of your birth certificate.
