Bakery

The bakery and pastry courses are developed in this laboratory.

In Bakery, we work more on the topic of doughs for the elaboration of bread, and we have a fermenting machine to make the process faster.

In Pastry, we prepare the dough for cakes and at the same time we teach them how to decorate them. There is a marble stone table, which is used for tempering chocolate.
