Placement evaluation process

To submit to the evaluation, follow these steps:

Check the available dates for the placement evaluation in the following calendar: (calendar of placement evaluations)

  • Faculty/School Date Day Time

    Medicine (Cobán, Huehuetenango y Petén), Veterinary (Petén) and Physiotherapy (Huehuetenango)

  • When having the date already chosen, you must pay your placement assessment, you can pay it in two ways:
    • Pay at any Bank: Industrial, BAM or G&T, generate your payment document here, seleccionando la opción "Medicina, Fisioterapia o Maestrías de Medicina" según sea el caso, then print it and present it at the agency.

    • Pay online with credit or debit card by clicking here , in the type of payment select the option Medicina, Campus Central or Evaluación de Admisión para Medicina, Fisioterapia y Veterinaria, Centros Universitarios, según sea el caso (the card number will be automatically placed).

  • After paying your location evaluation, you must complete the information in the following form https://forms.gle/K1vK4nGA87RvqbNX8
  • You have to send a photo of the certified ticket and your identification (DPI or underage school ID with photo) to the following email examenubicacion@umg.edu.gt
  • You will receive an email confirming the date and time of the evaluation, as well as the methodology that will be used.
